The Reliquary at St. Johns offers experienced investigators a rare opportunity to spend the night inside a historic church and surrounding grounds known for reported activity, deep history, and a powerful sense of place.

These bookings are private and designed for investigators who understand respect for historic locations, wildlife, and preservation standards. Chances are good that Bodhi herself might be there!

Booking Options & Rates

Weekend Overnight Investigations

Friday & Saturday Nights
$500 per night for up to 8 people

($50 per person after that)

Perfect for full-team investigations and extended overnight sessions.
Weekend bookings allow for uninterrupted access throughout the evening and overnight hours.

Weeknight Overnight Investigations

Sunday–Thursday Nights
$350 per night for up to 8 people

($50 per person after that)

Ideal for smaller teams, focused investigations, or budget-conscious groups seeking a quieter atmosphere with fewer external variables.

To book, you will need to have the following:

• A few dates that work for your team (we book up fast, so have a few dates in mind in case your first choice is taken.)

• Your driver's license or photo ID

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% before your booking is held. (The remainder must be paid prior to your team's arrival.)

• Pre-investigation check-in and site orientation

 

Please note: Paranormal activity is not guaranteed. Each investigation experience is unique.

Important Policies Of Note

• Bats reside on the property and are protected. They must not be touched, disturbed, approached, or harassed in any way.

• No rituals, spellwork, candles, incense, smoke, or open flames are permitted at any time.

• No removal of any items from the church, cemetery, or grounds, including dirt, plants, stones, or materials.

• Items may only be left in designated areas if permitted.

• All participants must sign the Paranormal Investigation Liability Release prior to entry.

 

Violation of site policies may result in immediate removal, fines, permanent bans, and legal action where applicable.
