These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, services, classes, products, events, digital content, and in-person activities offered by The Blue Bodhi LLC and The Reliquary at St. Johns (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By using our website, booking services, attending events, or making purchases, you agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. Definitions

“Services” refers to all offerings including classes, readings, digital content, paranormal investigations, events, bookings, merchandise, ritual products, and in-person experiences.

“Site” or “Website” refers to any website operated by The Blue Bodhi LLC or The Reliquary at St. Johns.

“User,” “you,” or “customer” refers to any person accessing the Site or utilizing the Services.

“Property” refers to the land, buildings, cemetery, and all physical locations associated with The Reliquary at St. Johns.

2. Use of the Website and Services

You agree to use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully. You may not:

Engage in illegal activity

Attempt to harm the website or disrupt its functionality

Misuse booking systems or attempt fraudulent transactions

Misrepresent your identity or contact information

We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone who violates these Terms.

3. Booking Policies

By booking any service or event, you agree to all posted policies, including:

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Remaining balances for bookings may be refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, unless the specific event or class states otherwise.

Failure to appear for a booked appointment (no-show) results in forfeiture of fees.

You must provide accurate contact information.

Additional policies may apply to specific services such as paranormal investigations, classes, or special events.

4. No Rituals, Flames, or Unauthorized Activity

At The Reliquary at St. Johns, you agree:

No rituals, spellwork, invocations, offerings, or magic of any kind unless explicitly permitted

No candles, incense, flames, or smoke products

No leaving items except in designated areas

No removal of any items (dirt, plants, stones, artifacts, materials, etc.) from the property

Violation of these rules may result in:

Immediate removal

Fines (typically $1,000 per incident)

Permanent ban

Legal action if applicable

5. Wildlife Protection

Users agree not to disturb, touch, shine lights on, harass, or interfere with bats or any wildlife on the property.
Violation may result in removal, fines, or legal action, as wildlife is legally protected.

6. Liability Waivers

Certain activities require signing a liability waiver, including but not limited to:

Paranormal investigations

Tours and events

Classes held on site

Outdoor activities or cemetery visits

You may not participate in these activities without signing the applicable waiver.

All liability waivers are legally binding and remain in effect for all future visits unless revoked or updated by us.

7. Digital Product & Class Policies

By purchasing digital content, courses, or readings, you acknowledge:

All sales of digital products, classes, readings, rituals, and services are final.

Digital items cannot be “returned” and are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

Access to a class or download constitutes full delivery.

Sharing, redistributing, or republishing class materials is prohibited.

Intellectual property rights remain with The Blue Bodhi LLC.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, images, videos, class materials, readings, services descriptions, graphics, logos, and digital downloads—is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
